ReplyDeleteWhen the UGC NET June 2012 case comes for next hearing, affected candidates should file an additional plea to stay the recruitment of posts which requires NET qualification like Asst.Professors, Librarians, Physical Directors etc. throughout India., till the UGC publishes revised results. This will attract attention of more people about the plight of the candidates.

The Commission decided to set up the following Committee of the Commission Members to revisit the NET result:
1. Prof. V. S. Chauhan Chairman
2. Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain
Member
3. Prof. D. Narasimha Reddy
Member
4. Prof. Yogendra Yadav
Member
5. Dr. Surendra Singh, DS (NET)
Coordinator
Besides revisiting the NET result, the Committee will also lay down
parameters for future use. The Commission authorized the Chairman to
consider and approve the recommendations of the Committee.
