Friends,
As everyone knows that UGC campus experienced protest today. Everyone is eager to know about the outcome. We discussed this burning issue with the Chairperson, the outcome is that we are advised to keep watch on Kerala Division Bench's Verdict on 28th February, 2013. Even the advocate assured that this time the verdict will be applicable to all candidates fitting to old criteria. So the signal from UGC is the verdict is binding on both sides. But let's see whether the Hon. Chairperson of UGC ABIDES BY OR NOT?
Secondly, the hearing of Nagpur High Court is postponed to on 28th February, 2013 too but this news is not from a reliable source. So please confirm first.
In fine, Kerala Division Bench's Verdict is going to play the vital role on Thursday. Hope for the best.
Regards,
RR
