  1. The Tamil Nadu SET 2012 result was published recently by following similar criteria of UGC NET June, 2012. Many candidates who met the minimum qualifying marks in each subject/category but not the surprising cut off in each subject/ category were not able to get through, are planning to move to court. Now, they are desperately in need of legal advices and some documents to strengthen their case. If u r able to be helpful in anyway, please respond us through this platform.

  4. If the UGC is trying to prolong the case then the affected parties should pray for a stay of recruitment of posts which requires NET like Asst. Prof., Librarian, Physical Directors throughout India.

If it is not possible to get a stay on recruitments, then we must bring it to the notice of Hon'ble courts about the plight of the thousands of candidates working in private educational institutions who are in a situation where they have to get qualified or get fired from the job. We should also bring it to the notice of the Hon'ble Judges not only about the plight of such candidates who are working in such institutions for meagre salary but also about the plight of their families. If the UGC publishes revsied results after futile attempts in the Courts after an year, who will be held responsible for the loss of job and mental agony suffered by the candidates?.
Hence it should not be treated as just passing in an examination but should be treated as a do or die situation for several thousand experienced teaching professionnals only because they have scored few marks lesser than the cut-offs, that too in their category.
A person with no experience but NET qualified by just getting the required aggregate fixed for their category can not replace the experienced teachers.
Hence an appeal must be made in this angle in Hon'le Courts and pray for an early and favourable verdict.
I have no doubt that our Judiciary, which gives its verdict within few days to save an actor from monetary loss, will definitely understand the sufferings we undergo each and every minute with sleepless nights.
