How to Meditate?

1] Sit in front of ‘Shree Yantra’ in such a comfortable way so that you can sit longer without making any unnecessary body movements.
2] The screen of your computer should be about 2 feet away so that you should not feel strain on your eyes.
3] Look at the centre of the ‘Shree Yantra’. The ‘Shree Yantra’ is so complex that you can not grasp fully in a single glance. There is a certain type of illusion. You will notice that your attention keeps moving from one part of the ‘Shree Yantra’ to other part. This increases the communication between your right brain and left brain. And this communication or interaction improves your concentration. It reduces the thoughts in your mind. It helps you to live in present.
4] Gaze at the centre of 'shree yantra' for 5 minutes daily.
