A Wild Card By UGC

Dear Friends,
UGC has played a wild card for students who have not qualified through normal play especially for NET June 2012 and December 2012. UGC has played another arbitrary and tyrannical move by providing a so called and apparent redressal of grievances occured in NET June 2012 and NET December 2012 examination. Arbitrary in a sense that
such a move is not mentioned in the notifications and tyrannical in a sense that the candidate who has grievances regarding the answer keys has to pay Rs. 5000/- to the commission.
The motive behind this move by UGC is that the candidates missing their JRF and eligibility for Lectureship with a narrow margin should be benefited. The concerned candidates have to approach the commission within a month by sending their requests to the Head, UGC NET Bureau.

UGC has justified its move of imposing Rs. 5000/- for redressal of grievances for bearing a heavy expenditure for TA/DA/Honorarium and stay arrangement for the Subject Experts for re-examination of the answer keys.

Actually, UGC earns more money, approximately more than 5 crores annually. To our surprise, UGC recently disclosed the amount collected by candidates for UGC NET / JRF Examination from 2005 to 2010. It is precisely Rs. 61,18,23,638.51 and the total expenditure for the same period mentioned above is precisely Rs.27,93,09,983.00. It is clear that UGC has made a whopping profit of Rs. 33,25,13,655.51 from the examination.
Now, I request the concerned  candidates to contact UGC immediately. The notification is attached below. Kindly open and follow. Best of luck.
