Supreme Court Opened After Diwali Vacation : Acceptance Of Review Petitions Within Some Days

Dear Friends,

                 Supreme Court opened after diwali vacation on Monday, 11th of  November 2013. We can anticipate a good news of acceptance of two Review Petitions within some days, probably before this month ends. The petitioners from Kerala have also started exercising hard
for filing Special Leave Petition ( SLP ) against the verdict of Kerala High Court Division Bench. 

                Now as the issue is reached up to Review Petition, the filing of Special Leave Petition does not matter most but it can be helpful in case we get another bad shock in respect of Review Petition. We must zero in on Review Petition most as it has reached in its last lap. Good luck.
