Court’s View : 5] Para 7 of the notification clearly indicates that only such candidates who obtain minimum required marks in each paper will be considered for final preparation of results. Such candidates fall into the consideration zone. The final qualifying criteria for JRF and eligibility for lectureship shall be decided by UGC before declaration of result.

Needless to say, this is the crucial time for all the victims. We have received a huge and solid blow

by Supreme Court on Special Leave Petition. The verdict of Supreme Court has surprised and shocked all of us if we remember the arguments and pleading occurred in the court. Before some days, UGC was asked to put ego aside and the judges were not in the mood to listen the same tune of the lawyer of UGC, and see what we got at the end of the day.

As Special Leave Petition filed by UGC against Nagpur High Court Division Bench is accepted by Supreme Court, the two prominent solutions arise out of situation. The first and foremost is to file review petition against the verdict in Supreme Court and secondly, to write letters to Chief Justice of India and President of India.

Shocking : SLP Allowed By SC

Dear Friends,

                   I feel very sad to publish that Supreme Court has allowed Special Leave Petition by UGC. I will come back later with details. To be frank and honest, I am not feeling well and feeling uneasy due to shock. What should I say, when the judgements of 12 high courts and 2 Division benches go wrong and the conscience of judges goes futile before one Supreme Court.

SLP: Judgement Reserved

Dear Friends, 

                  After the last long debate and pleading by both sides, the judges kept their judgement reserved today. The court hearing lasted for more than one and half hour.

                 What is worrisome now is that when the verdict of judgement is kept in abeyance, the judges have some differences in opinion or both the parties . . .  . . . .  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  .

SLP Hearing Postponed Tomorrow On Thursday, 12th September

Dear Friends,

             The hearing of SLP  is postponed tomorrow due to inadequacy of time. The court procedure began and lasted for hardly 15 minutes. Our pleading was heard and the lawyer of UGC sang the same tune again today. Clearly, the court was not in the mood of hearing   . . . . .  . . .  . . .  . . . . .  . . .  . . .

SLP : Hearing Postponed Tomorrow on 11th September

                   As the hearing of the previous matter [ i.e. before our court case ] lengthened, our matter will be taken tomorrow.
