The procedure of filing Special Leave Petition (SLP) begins today. The procedure will end before Tuesday. If you remember, I had written two previous articles on filing Special Leave Petition by the candidates who lost in the Kerala High Court Division Bench and the senior advocate and former Solicitor General of India Mr. Harish
Salave will lead us in this case. A senior advocate from Maharashtra will also help him. As Mr. Harish Salave is in the driving seat, it means we have won the half battle today.
Most importantly, the appeal is also being made to participate in the case and to take financial support from others. If such an appeal is made, the readers will be informed immediately. Such an appeal is anticipated to be made after the case is filed completely.
