Acceptance Of SLP Is Not The Final Judgment

Dear Friends,
The acceptance of Special Leave Petition by Supreme Court does not mean that it is the final judgement. It is just the observation of Supreme Court. Most of the victims have considered that the game is over but there is yet the light at the end of the tunnel.
It must be noted that the Supreme court has only accepted
the Special Leave Petition filed by University Grants Commission. When a Special Leave Petition or SLP is accepted, it becomes or is converted into Civil Appeal. When it  becomes or treated as a civil appeal, the case gets the same status that the court proceedings may carry on.
Another important point to be  noted is that the petitioner in Kerala High Court can move ahead for review petition with the help the status as civil appeal.
If you analyze the reasons behind the failure of SLP in Supreme Court, it concentrates on the competencies of advocate. We must play the cards right by selecting the right senior advocate.

Today: Saturday the 19th of October, 2013 is the last date for filing review petition. Let us see whether it is filed or not. The petitioners from Kerala have ample time to go with the review petition.
A Breaking News is in the offing. Keep visiting this blog. Once, the review petition is filed, it will be published here.
