SC : SLP : Remaining Part On Wednesday, 4th September

Dear Friends,
                   The court hearing began today. The judges listened our pleading for half an hour. As the court was to be shut at 1 pm, not full justification was able to be made. Half of our pleading will be heard on Wednesday, 4th September. Most importantly, the judges also held our stand and reprimanded the lawyer of UGC on behalf of us. Our lawyer did not leave any opportunity to take objection against the opinion of lawyer of UGC and asserted and focused on some eye opening matters. Good luck. Thank you.

      BE POSITIVE. IN COURT SUDDENLY EVERYTHING WILL NOT HAPPENS. UGC MAY GO FOR APPEAL AGAIN. WE HAVE TO WAIT TILL END. WE SHOULD DEVELOP POSITIVE ATTITUDE WITH OUR SELF, SO THAT OTHERS ALSO IMPRESSED AND FINALLY IT HELPS TO WIN THE CASE.

    yes,dhanajay u r correct.God knows in next hearing again the advocate may take leave or may be the court again go for any reference case...or as usual the court timing will finish...reasons are many result is one...delay...delay & delay..Anyway thanks Yuvi for the update..Good luck to all...
