SC: SLP Case Postponed to 22nd August

Dear Friends,
I remember the quote of Marciano : "You can run but you can't hide."
Today, the junior advocate of UGC asked for postponement because its senior advocate remained absent today. Hope, he will remain present next time. Thank you.
Regards,
Yuvi

  8. WHATEVER, WE WILL WIN THE CASE. WE HAVE NOT DID ANY MISTAKE OR CHEATING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EXAMINATION PROCESS. IT IS DONE BY UGC ONLY. WE ARE HONEST AND PASSED THE ELIGIBILITY TEST FOR LECTURESHIP.

  9. In army warfare technique i.e. tactics there is a saying i quote"NO OBSTACLE CAN STOP THE DETERMINED ENEMY HE CAN ONLY BE DELAYED"UNQUOTE.SO my dear pessimist as the law ultimately catches up with outlaw however clever he may be in executing the crime, similarly ugc will have to pay for its sins may be little later. So stop demoralizing the oppressed.not that we are not preparing and appearing for subsequent net exams but truth must prevail, our judicial system says so.

  12. Friends there is limit of adjournment of cases in courts. Not more than 3 times the case can be adjourned. If the opponents (UGC) advocate does not remain present then its their fault. If their advocate stays away from appearing the court for 10 years, will we be suffering for 10 years? please ask our advocate to do something in this regard.

  15. both of the ugc and sc are going to cheat everybody ( ugc victims) by giving injustice... if sc wants to prove its originality means it will not take much time to declare order against ugc... many of the candidates from poor family are expecting its right judgement as soon possible... i'm one among them...
