Kerala HC Division Bench: Leading To Climax

Brothers,
UGC demanded the next hearing which is on 18th March. UGC had also taken many hearings in Single Bench Court and now repeating it now  but you know it was in vain. In the court, the Division Bench asked UGC why the verdict of Single Bench was  not applicable. Now the process is leading to the verdict or climax as UGC has not some solid defence against the point.
According to the many advocates, the verdict of Division Bench is the most important. If it goes in favour of us, all the petitions in Single Bench Court from all over India become pointless. All Single Benches will follow Division Bench. It will be a great victory.
Secondly,  a case in Nagpur Court is in front of  Single Bench, not Division Bench.
Fourthly, it is undoubtedly crystal clear that we will win in Kerala High Court Division Bench but what is important that whether UGC will go into Supreme Court. In my opinion Supreme Court may not accept its filing as SC has already upheld the verdict of Single Bench High Court verdict.
Now, the hearings of Kerala HC Division Bench and Nagpur High Court are on 18th March, 2013.
Keep fingers crossed, Good luck.
Regards,
Mr. Sagar Pendse.

Thanks for the latest update of Hearing in Kerala High Court. Another Shocking thing that I would like to bring your attention that examination no.18870323 was declared pass in supplementary result but marksheet shows the percentage is 49%. Please take necessary action to be brought before Hon'ble High Court.

Previously the comment I have given regarding the said no., that candidate is from computer science. The revised criteria of committee i.e. of 7% may be applicable to him/her. So, I think may be she/he is within 7% and she pass out. In last comment, I suggested you to take necessary action to be brought before Hon'ble High Court. But before taking action, please ensure that what is the maximum marks of the subject of computer science. Previously I did not consider this revised criteria. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  4. dear adv A.S manjarekar..

We are planning to file a writ against the UGC 's decision for making only Top 15% candidates pass of all the streams. This is not valid as this condition for 15% was not applicable at the time when December 2012 Net exam was advertised. The notification came just before 3 days of exam. So we have decided to file a WRIT againts this injustice. Sir kindly suggest me, what we should do..
