The Hearings from both sides in Kerala HC Division Bench are over. The counter point session will be on 25th March and the final verdict will be declared on that day too. Hence, 25th March will prove JUDGEMENT DAY for us. The verdict will make all the petitions in front of all High Court Single Bench all over India pointless. All the hearings in all courts are awaiting the verdict of Kerala HC Division Bench. MAY GOD BLESS US.
Meanwhile, we have got victory in Banglore High Court too.
Secondly, the hearing of Nagpur High Court is postponed to on 1st April.

ReplyDeletekindly elaborate little bit, what will be the judgement, will it come in favour of student or UGC. i.e pro ugc or against. when will the final judgment come. Next hearing is 25th March 2013?
