Breaking News : Curative Petition Registered

Dear Yuvians,

This is a good news for all the victims of NET June 2012 victims. The curative petition is registered with Supreme Court. This has taken a lot of efforts. We have been striving hard for two years. The diary no. is 39810/2014. 

                So far as the issue of Adv Salve

is concerned, two meetings with ADV. Salve sir have been over and the petitioners are acted as per Salve Sir’s guideline. He has referred one Advocate for the case on record and the Nagpur team has acted according to the direction of Salve sir and Salve sir also had promised to come for the argument, but unfortunately our review petition was rejected.

             So far as our case is concerned the team has up to date knowledge as compared to others so all the victims are advised and requested to stay away from rumours. So far as money's mismanagement is concerned, they have already requested to the contributors and the coordinator of the respected groups to take back the amount but all the contributors have agreed to spend the remaining amount for the Curative.
