Another good news has arrived and it will be another huge blow to University Grants Commission that a New Petition will be filed by some victims in Supreme Court against University Grants Commission to reopen the case. Even though first Review Petition is registered after a long period and the second Review Petition is yet to
be registered, some candidates have determined to file a New Petition against the back drop of delayed Review Petitions.

The most important thing is an International Advocate and former Solicitor General of India Mr. Harish Salave will fight for this new petition. This New Petition is expected to be filed before 18th December of this month. The necessary legal documentation is completed and the review of them by Honorable Advocate Mr. Harish Salave is on the move. What is needed at this moment is to start proceedings of one of these review petitions or filing of a new petition quickly. Till then, good luck.
