Last Date For Review Petition Is Approaching Fast

Dear Friends,

                  The last date for Review Petition against the landmark judgement on Special leave Petition by  Supreme Court  is approaching fast. It is scheduled within few days. Even though, a lawyer has filed a Review Petition against Special Leave Petition, we
need to see whether it is accepted or not.

                  Many candidates from Kerala who were also petitioners in Kerala High Court have been preparing to file Review Petition. Another major event that is taking place is that the candidates who had filed and were about to file intervention file are also preparing to file Review Petition. The petitioner from Nagpur who lost the case recently is also about to file.

                  What was the most disturbing thing was that the blame game was started after losing the case in Supreme Court but the latest news is that all the groups are united and talks are in the advance stage to file the review petition. Let us wait for the review petition to be filed.
