SC : SLP : In - Depth Hearing On Tuesday, 27th August.

Dear Friends,
           As everyone knows Monday and Friday are generally kept for miscellaneous court cases, so our court case is postponed to Tuesday 27th August. Yesterday, the lawyer strove hard to connect our case to Mr. Yogesh Yadav's case, but our lawyer ruled out his arguement. In this scenario, the detailed analysis was needed for judges to come to conclusion. So, the judges will have full and in-depth review of our case on Tuesday.
             Fortunately, our case is so strong to accept SLP filed by UGC. Thank you. Nice weekend.

    kuch nahi hoga apne case ka jab 10 sal hojayenge na
    tab pata chalega ki hum log june 2012 ki NET exam
    passed ho chuke hai .................

    Really its too much stressful to wait for justice...We are losing our opportunities due to this delay.... it is not the personal matter ...the judgement will effect on thousands of student's future honorable court should consider the serious impact of awaited judgement...its already 1 and half year delay...

    Absolutely....it seems as if we are at fault!!! couldnot appear for college service commission interview this year becoz of this mess...god only knows whether at all we will get justice or not...and even if we manage to get justice by god's grace, who knows what will be UGC's next move!!!!!! may be reconsideration of SLP or something like dat????...really it's becoming unbearable now....

    to kam samay me kuch karna pdega election 4 month ke bad hai to kisi politian leder ka sath leke

    tell me one think, on the basis of 2012 June net mark sheet without having a NET certificate, we can apply for assistant professor jobs in all over India, it is possible or not....... i am waiting your reply
