Stand over to 15.04.2013 at the request of learned A.S.G.I. Shri S.K. Mishra. He states that two more petitions have been filed. Let those writ petitions be listed along with these writ petitions. He also states that he has not filed reply in those two petitions and that the reply would be the same in all these petitions. List all these petitions along with Writ Petition Nos. 1715/2013 and 1716/2013 on 15.04.2013.

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied.. I don't know we may have lost so many jobs..... there is very less chance that KH will make judgement in coming 5 years. If it will come then again we need to fight in SC then special bench........ ohhhh horrible.. but I experienced Indian judiciary and its functioning ....
ReplyDeleteIsh tarah se judgement delay karne se , humarae emotions , age aur future se khilwar ho raha hae . Jinhsay hum Niyaee mangne jatahae woh bhi ish tarah karney lage toh........ ish desh ka bhaviswa kiya hoga.
