Letter: To save Thousands of Students in India

The All Concerned

Sub: Your Kind Attention to save Thousands of Students in India

Respected Sir/Madam,

We are very much worried about the roles and responsibilities of the print and electronic media in this country as an almost win-win case we will lose if you don’t pay your attention immediately. Please consider your student-hood and the situation we have been facing for almost last one year as the time and cost of case have become a costly affair. Actually in our case we are as small as ants and we are fighting against the king of the jungle. Yes, we are the victims of the UGC NET JUNE 2012 and we are fighting against the KING of all Indian universities i.e. University Grants Commission who could not conduct NET examination for June 2012 in a proper way and as such already lost in various high courts in our country.

This matter is technically clear that our position was correct because all the judges at various courts found the fault of University Grants Commission in the eye of law but we are still deprived of the situation. Now, University Grants Commission is simply using the loopholes of our judiciary system to make this important case as an unnatural prolonged slumber and not publishing the result according to the actual cut-off level.

Now, it will be an immense help to the thousand of deprived students whose verdict is reserved or intended to be distorted with educational, political social supremacy of University Grants Commission.

Yours Faithfully
