Verdict of Kerala High Court Division Bench on 28th Feb., 2013

Friends,
       After hearing from both sides,  Kerala High Court Division Bench has postponed its final hearing cum verdict on 28th Feb., 2013. The hearing today was in favour of us and most probably, the verdict will also side us.
       As expected, we have got victory in Madras High Court against UGC too. Wait for 28th feb. Surely it will be final and binding.

    Would you please tell me, if kerala high court division bench's verdict comes in favour of us , then Will Ugc go to the division bench of Supreme Court?
